Let’s go on an adventure!! Explore the wonderful world in a playful, fun and imaginative way. Become animals and trees, saw high, crawl low, stretch, breath and believe in the power of the sun!
During a kids yoga session our children get to learn new ways of stretching their bodies, become better at balancing, discover ways of using breathing to be calmer and learn simple songs to engage with the story.
The sessions can be taught online or in class, they can become part of your wellbeing curriculum or used as an afterschool activity.
‘I love Maria’s yoga because it’s a lot of fun. I can’t always do the moves, but I have a good laugh trying. I’m getting better and it’s helping my flexibility for my dance classes.’
